Joanna was born in Rhode Island, raised in Connecticut, and educated in New York. Joanna got her first camera in 2008, and she would go down to City Hall in New York City to photograph eloping couples. Moving to Montrose (almost on a whim, but that’s a whole different story) was the best decision she ever made. Montrose is the perfect place for Joanna, and the perfect town to one day raise a family with her husband Shane! As she puts it, “I wasn’t lucky enough to be born in Colorado, but I was smart enough to move here.” When she’s not using her lenses to create beautiful images with her camera, she is using refractive lenses to help people see better as an optometrist. It’s pretty clear that lenses and Joanna were meant to be together. She has been happily married to her amazing husband since March of 2014 and they have two adorable fur babies, Willy and Boomer. She is committed to Christ and loves to love people. Fun Facts: Joanna is a two-time half marathon runner, one-time sprint triathlete, played field hockey and softball in high school, and ultimate frisbee in college (and still plays today).
Shane was born in California, but he got sick of when when he was two years old and moved to Montrose. A mechanic by trade, and the owner of Daly Golf Cars, Shane has always been a problem solver. His love for archery and rifle hunting has helped refine his precision behind the camera, and his creative eye has made Shane a great asset to Two:20 Productions. He is (usually) the second shooter for weddings, and you might see him wandering around the house during your Viewing and Ordering Appointments. Fun Fact: Shane played volleyball and basketball in high school.
