Life Choices Family Resource Center in Montrose, Colorado, is not just for women who find themselves pregnant- it has many programs to empower women and girls long before they consider starting a family. Life Choices has wonderful programs for local young ladies, and one of those programs is called Beautiful University aka Beauty U aka Beauty YOU. Beauty U teaches girls about indispensable topics such as goal setting, bully prevention, understanding your body, dressing for your body type, personality profiles, love languages, financial responsibility, entrepreneurship, etc! It is a great experience where young ladies can explore their beauty and find their worth so others can’t try to define it for them.
Upon completion of the course, the graduates can choose a free haircut or a free photoshoot. These two smart young freshmen, Zoie and Kiersha, chose a photoshoot with me, and I’m so glad they did! I’m so proud of these girls for graduating from Beauty U, and as you can see, they ARE beautiful- inside AND out.
